AutoScanner (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information when you use our AI-powered e-commerce, product research, listing, pricing, marketplace productivity, and seller workflow tools.
By using AutoScanner, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1. Account Information
When you create an account or sign in using Google, we may collect information such as your name, email address, profile picture, account identifier, and login-related information.
1.2. Google Account Data
If you choose to sign in with Google or connect Google services, we may receive information from Google APIs, such as your basic profile information, email address, and other information that you authorize.
We only request Google data that is necessary to provide user-facing features in AutoScanner.
1.3. Marketplace and Integration Data
If you choose to connect a third-party marketplace account, such as eBay, we may collect and store OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, seller account identifiers, shop identifiers, listing identifiers, inventory data, order data, product data, fulfillment-related information, and other information required to provide the integration, synchronization, listing, inventory, analytics, or seller workflow features you authorize.
We use connected marketplace data only to provide the features requested or authorized by you.
1.4. Product and Research Data
When you use our product research, AI listing, price review, source monitoring, marketplace analysis, or seller workflow tools, we may process product links, product titles, descriptions, images, pricing data, marketplace information, tracking information, listing inputs, keywords, user prompts, and other user-provided content.
1.5. Payment and Billing Data
If you purchase a plan, subscription, package, or paid module, payment information may be processed by authorized payment providers such as Pasha Bank or other approved payment processors.
We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Payment card information is processed by authorized payment providers according to their own security and compliance standards.
1.6. Usage and Technical Data
We may collect technical and usage data, including IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, pages visited, actions performed, feature usage, error logs, security logs, and system activity logs.
This information is used for security, debugging, performance optimization, abuse prevention, and service improvement.
2. How We Use Your Information
2.1. To Provide the Service
We use your information to create and manage your account, authenticate users, provide access to AutoScanner tools, process subscriptions, activate purchased modules, maintain user settings, and deliver the features you request.
2.2. AI-Powered Processing
Our AI tools may be used to assist with product analysis, market research, listing content generation, title suggestions, description drafting, keyword assistance, pricing review, and related e-commerce workflow tasks.
AI processing is performed only to provide or improve user-facing features available in the AutoScanner platform.
We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI models.
2.3. Marketplace Integrations and Seller Workflow
If you connect a marketplace account, we use the authorized data only to provide the features you request, such as listing support, synchronization, product monitoring, pricing checks, inventory review, order workflow support, analytics, and related seller workflow functions.
AutoScanner does not perform unauthorized actions on your behalf. Any marketplace-related action is based on your authorization and the permissions granted through the connected platform.
2.4. Payments and Subscriptions
We use billing-related information to process payments, manage subscriptions, confirm purchases, activate modules, prevent fraud, maintain transaction records, and provide billing support.
2.5. Communications
We may use your email address to send account-related messages, login or security alerts, technical notices, support responses, subscription updates, billing notifications, product updates, and important service announcements.
2.6. Security and Service Improvement
We use technical logs and usage data to protect the platform, detect abuse, prevent unauthorized access, fix errors, improve performance, maintain reliable service, and improve user-facing features.
3. Google API Disclosure and Limited Use
AutoScanner’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We use Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing features that are visible in the AutoScanner platform.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, personalized ads, or building marketing profiles.
We do not sell Google user data to third parties.
We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except when necessary to provide or improve user-facing features requested by the user, to comply with applicable law, for security purposes, or as otherwise allowed by the Google API Services User Data Policy.
We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless:
- the user gives explicit permission for support purposes;
- access is necessary for security investigation or debugging;
- access is required to comply with applicable law; or
- the data is aggregated and used for internal operations in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.
4. eBay and Third-Party Marketplace Data
If you connect an eBay account or another marketplace account, AutoScanner may access and process data made available through that marketplace’s authorized APIs.
This may include seller account information, listings, inventory, product information, order information, fulfillment-related data, messages or communication data only if explicitly authorized, and other data required to provide the features you enable.
We use marketplace data only to provide the integration and seller workflow features requested by you.
We do not sell marketplace account data.
We do not share marketplace account data with unauthorized third parties.
You may disconnect a marketplace integration at any time where the platform provides such functionality, or by contacting us at support@autoscanner.app.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data.
We may share information only in the limited cases described below.
5.1. Payment Providers
We may share necessary billing and transaction information with authorized payment providers, including Pasha Bank or other payment processors, to complete payments, prevent fraud, process refunds, and maintain billing records.
5.2. Cloud and Infrastructure Providers
We may use trusted cloud hosting, database, storage, analytics, logging, email delivery, monitoring, and security providers to operate AutoScanner.
These providers process data only on our behalf and under confidentiality, security, and data protection obligations.
5.3. Third-Party Integrations
When you connect a third-party service such as Google or eBay, data may be exchanged with that service only as necessary to provide the features you authorize.
5.4. Legal Compliance
We may disclose information if required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, court order, or lawful request by government authorities.
5.5. Business Transfers
If AutoScanner is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate privacy safeguards.
6. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information, including SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit, access controls, secure authentication, restricted internal access, logging, monitoring, and other security practices.
OAuth tokens, account data, and integration credentials are stored with restricted access and are used only for authorized functionality.
However, no online service can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account activity.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, maintain security, and keep required business records.
OAuth tokens and connected account data are retained only while the integration remains active or as needed to provide authorized functionality.
When you delete your account or request deletion, we will delete or anonymize personal data unless retention is required by law, security, fraud prevention, tax, billing, dispute resolution, or legitimate business recordkeeping obligations.
8. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, including the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Personal Data where applicable, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate information;
- request deletion of your information;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- request restriction of certain processing activities;
- request information about how your data is used;
- request disconnection of third-party integrations where applicable.

9. Account and Data Deletion
You may request account deletion and deletion of associated personal data by contacting us at:
Deletion requests are typically processed within 48–72 hours.
Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, billing, tax, fraud prevention, audit, or dispute resolution purposes.
If you connected a third-party marketplace account, we will delete or disable stored integration credentials unless retention is required for legal, security, or legitimate recordkeeping purposes.
10. Children’s Privacy
AutoScanner is not intended for children under the age of 18.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
11. International Data Processing
Your information may be processed and stored in countries outside your country of residence, depending on our cloud infrastructure, service providers, and technical operations.
Where applicable, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate protection of your information.
12. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of AutoScanner complies with applicable laws, marketplace rules, third-party platform terms, and any policies of connected services.
Users should only connect accounts, submit content, or authorize actions that they have the legal right and authority to use.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
If we make material changes, we may notify users by email, in-app notice, website notice, or another appropriate method.
